We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who is passionate about technology and keen to be part of an agency and team with ambitious ideas.

Working as a core part of the cross-functional team, you’ll be one of the main points of contact for the client. Working closely with the Senior Account Director and the wider CRM team, you will be leading data-driven CRM campaigns (including emails and push notifications) and delivering toolkits that can be used by the different markets.

The successful candidate will work alongside all departments within the agency such as Creative and Strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

On a day to day, you will…

  1. Be the main client point of contact.
  2. Understand and interpret client briefs, challenging the ask when necessary to ensure VML is always delivering the best solution, pulling in other team members as required.
  3. Write and contribute to briefs, as well as interpret information and develop insights to assist in the planning/creative process.
  4. Present creative work to clients, taking and challenging feedback when necessary.
  5. Support data strategy development with the data team to ensure the optimum audience for CRM communications.
  6. Work closely with the finance teams estimating/reconciling own projects and ensuring projects are delivered within budget, as well as supporting with end-of-month invoicing.
  7. Partner with the implementation team ensuring campaign strategies are technically feasible within the CRM system.
  8. Troubleshoot ad hoc issues and requests.
  9. Contribute to and support larger strategic opportunities.
  10. Maintain essential team administration.
