A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Account Manager within our client, a leading international IT hardware solutions supplier.

Senior IT Account Manager Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Execution: Sell the company's full range of IT hardware solutions.
  2. Client Engagement: Contact and utilize existing client accounts to understand customer needs.
  3. Prospecting: Develop your existing client base and identify potential new customers through cold calling.
  4. Customer Interaction: Respond to telephone and email queries, prepare and agree on written quotations.
  5. Database Management: Ensure the CRM database is accurate and up-to-date.
  6. Target Achievement: Meet personal weekly/monthly sales revenue and margin targets.
  7. Customer Expansion: Extend existing customers' purchases of the company's product range.
  8. Coordination: Liaise with Purchasing, Goods In, and Goods Out to meet customer expectations.
  9. Customer Meetings: Book, attend, and host customer meetings.
  10. Resilience: Handle rejection and persist in the face of challenges.

Key Skills:

  1. Attention to Detail: Accurate in handling data and customer information.
  2. Relationship Building: Capable of developing strong customer relationships over the phone and in person.
  3. Proven Sales Track Record: Experience selling to resellers from a wholesaler, distributor, or manufacturer.
  4. Good Telephone Manner: Clear and effective communication over the phone.
  5. Positive Attitude: Self-motivated and enthusiastic about the role.
  6. Willingness to Learn: Open to continuous learning and improvement.

You will be joining a well-established team and taking over an existing account portfolio with a great opportunity to develop and earn a generation uncapped OTE in the region of 120k plus.
