£40,000 - £50,000 + generous commission structure

Position Overview:

• Act as the primary contact for key accounts
• Manage and grow key accounts and expand the client relationship
• Develop a key understanding of the needs of the client and their objectives to enable the product to achieve their objectives
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upsell within existing accounts
• Drive product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Qualities of a Successful Candidate:

• Previous experience as a senior account manager, strategic account manager, or account manager
• Experience working in the IT/software industry is desirable
• Customer focused with experience delivering exceptional customer service
• Managing, maintaining, and growing accounts
• Experience working with B2B account management
• Demonstrated success in sales or account management, with a preference for experience in a key account role.
