We’ve unlocked huge potential to further provide industry-leading builds globally both inside trade event venues and semi-permanent locations. Investing in our people is essential to growing our passion, and that’s where you come in.
Are you charismatic, curious and driven whilst ready to go above & beyond? If that's a yes, let's get started…

- Experience working as part of a small team and supporting other team members.
- Understanding how to read and view basic to mid-level working drawings and conceptual design visuals.
- Outgoing, confident under pressure, and committed to going above and beyond for our clients and the team!

- An eye for design & detail would be highly advantageous to support and guide clients through our design process.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively liaise with clients via phone/video calls, email, and in-person meetings.
Role responsibilities:
- Take leads and manage the sales lifecycle for incoming enquiries at various stages of the process.
- Source design details with our designer where required, such as furnishings and AV to bring a tender together.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, including the project managers who continue the journey of a secured tender.
- Willingness to get stuck in and learn the ropes of the business, with a passion for communicating with stakeholders & building teams.
- Time management & organisational skills are essential. Managing lead times alongside meeting deadlines form the backbone of successful pitches.
- Demonstrate the will to work proactively, collaboratively, showing initiative and eagerness to make the job a success.
- Be a part of a developing business with growth opportunities.
- Be up for some additional hours where required and some travel and overnight stays as part of the job.
- Remain calm under pressure, learn every day, and never give up!
In return, we’ll give you:
