We are looking for an experienced and demonstrably successful Sales Manager (m/f/d) to whom we would like to offer the following package:

1. Salary: 6 figures. We want someone who is really good and fits in with our growth plans.
2. Commission share: 50% fixed, 50% variable.
3. Product: The best Amazon PPC tool on the market.
4. Target customers: E-commerce companies with monthly advertising expenditure for digital adverts of €30 thousand.
5. Cold calling: Not desired. You get qualified leads from marketing activities.
6. Flexibility: Remote. We expect you to travel to trade fairs about once a quarter. We cover the costs.
7. Sales ability: Proven track record in e-commerce sales or bid management software sales.
8. Experience: At least 5 years of successful sales experience.
9. Communication: You speak German at the highest level (C2) and can communicate in English (C1).
10. Education: You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree with particular success.

You will contact leads that you receive from our marketing activities, convince and accompany interested parties during their test phase. After the test phase, you will ensure that the contract is extended and provide the marketing team with feedback on the quality of the leads. You will also supervise webinars for customer retention and as part of the self-service approach. By analysing competitors, you will derive new product features from sales pitches. Finally, you will take part in trade fairs and events to generate new leads and maintain co-operations.
