The company is a provider of Low-Code SaaS solutions to the Insurance market, currently supporting Insurers, Brokers and MGAs with their highly innovative technology.
They are still very much an early-stage tech business and have had some fantastic success through founder-led sales, securing a number of well-known clients and achieving impressive financial performance year on year.
They have approximately 25 employees in the UK, are well funded, and are now looking to establish and scale a high-performing sales team.
The business is looking to appoint a Senior Account Executive / Sales Manager to join them ASAP, with responsibility for new business development, selling into mid-size carriers in the UK initially, with a view to developing the US and European markets when appropriate.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the following:
To be successful in this role, you will need a good knowledge of the Insurance landscape, with experience selling SaaS solutions into carriers.
This is a start-up, and you will be well supported, but you will need to possess strong hunting and sales acumen, with a good track record of originating, qualifying, and closing new business.
Ideally, the business is looking for an individual who will be able to step into a leadership role when the need arises, as they scale the team, so it represents a great opportunity for the right person.
