Overview

We are looking for our new Senior Account Executive with a track record of surpassing quotas. If you have had the success of selling complex integration software solutions, you're the ideal candidate we're looking for! Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, empowering our clients, and shaping the future of the digital landscape. As an integral part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of selling our industry-leading MFT, API, and Cloud SaaS products, enabling businesses to revolutionize their operations. The new Senior Account Executive will be responsible for new logo acquisition and growing relationships with existing partners and customers for the Nordics Region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland; native language required).

Responsibilities
  1. Revenue achievement
    • Setting and implementing strategic plans to address named customer needs
    • Tactical sales plans to work on key client projects and to close deals on time
    • Forecasting
    • Building a full Axway customer approach including Sales, Services, Presales, and Support
    • Achieving quarterly and yearly License, Cloud, and Services revenue
    • Working to sign new logos and to generate new opportunities through the development of a solid partner ecosystem and marketing initiatives
  2. Customer Relationships
    • Become a trusted adviser of key execs in the account
    • Bring a vision into the accounts, meet execs, and contribute to customer digital transformation
    • Leverage insight of business issues and industry trends
    • Build a network of stakeholders at all levels and establish strong & sustainable relationships with key executives and decision-makers in strategic accounts
    • Develop a strong customer satisfaction culture
    • Qualify the landscape of partners within the account, software vendors, and other technology vendors
  3. Partner Relationships
    • Create and maintain productive relationships with key partners in the territory
    • Collaborate with partners to create and review a joint pipeline of opportunities, and establish a success plan on deals

  • 100% Hunter, always willing to extend their footprint and grow revenue
  • Strong general business acumen (industry trends, enterprise organization, department roles)
  • Passionate about developing long-term & high-level customer & partner relations
  • Expert in achieving revenue goals based on measurable and ambitious indicators (Excellent in Execution)
  • Ability to work as a sales leader to motivate and engage Axway presales, services, marketing, partner, and support teams in customer projects
  • Ability to work with a large ecosystem of partners, ISVs, etc.
  • Enjoy working in trust and autonomy with a high-level sense of ethics & responsibility
  • Capacity for teamwork and to inspire positive behaviors
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
  • Degree level or equivalent: Master in business administration, Engineering, Business Informatics, or similar
  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B Software Solution Sales to Large Enterprises is mandatory
  • Experience in on-premise & Cloud/SaaS-based software solutions sales, ERP, and business applications and/or Middleware sector
  • Good English language skills
