Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Leader with a proven track record in driving commercial growth within fast-paced InsurTech and SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will bring strategic sales leadership and a deep understanding of venture capital-backed technology ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B SaaS sales strategies
  • Lead and mentor high-performing sales teams
  • Drive revenue growth and exceed aggressive quarterly targets
  • Build and manage strategic enterprise client relationships
  • Design scalable sales processes and methodologies
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions

Required Experience

  • Minimum 7-10 years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales leadership
  • Experience in a Venture Capital environment
  • Proven track record of success in InsurTech or similar high-growth technology sectors
  • Experience in venture capital-backed startup environments
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value enterprise contracts
  • Strong network within insurance and technology sales ecosystems
  • Experience in transforming sales strategies and driving cultural change
  • Deep understanding of insurance technology landscapes
