SEND Transition Facilitator

Meridian Business Support are working on behalf of a Further Education College based in Greater Manchester. They are looking for an experienced SEND Transition Facilitator to provide support to their students.
Role: SEND Transition Facilitator
Location: Manchester
Pay rate: £20 - £25 per hour
Start date: Monday 17th March 2025
Duration: 1 month

Role responsibilities:

• Works to support the work environment to address the needs of students with special educational needs and disabilities.
