Job description

Protocol Education is looking for LSAs & TAs that are looking to develop their experience and skills working with both primary and secondary students with special needs such as physical disabilities, autism and other complex needs.

As a leading provider within the education sector, we are recruiting for a number of our outstanding special needs schools in the borough of Wandsworth, South West London. If successful, you will be required to work with students both on a one-to-one basis as well as leading small groups of students.

As a specialist LSA, successful candidates will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Confident and open to working with a variety of special needs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to differentiate work to support individual needs of children
  • Subject to a disclosure barred service or currently registered to the updated service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
