SEND Teacher

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and resilient Teacher to join our schools across the South West. This schools provide a unique and inclusive education for primary and secondary-aged students with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH).

More than just qualifications, this school values the right person—someone who understands the students, connects with them, and thrives in their unique school culture. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here! The most successful teachers often come from a variety of backgrounds, such as:

1. Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS) with experience in SEN or SEMH settings
2. Mainstream teachers looking to transition into a more specialist and rewarding role
3. Creative professionals (art, drama, or music specialists) with a passion for engaging students in alternative ways

4. Contract: Full-time, permanent contracts available after a settling-in period
5. Salary: £140+ per day (depending on experience)
