About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SEND Power BI Officer to develop a user-friendly data dashboard that consolidates key information across education and social care. This role is essential in improving data systems to enhance service delivery for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement a Power BI dashboard to integrate data from different systems used in education and social care.
2. Ensure the dashboard is accessible and easy to interpret for all users, from administrative staff to senior leadership.
3. Work closely with internal teams to streamline data processes and improve reporting efficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience

1. Strong Power BI expertise, including dashboard creation and data visualization.
2. In-depth knowledge of SEND and the Education, Health, and Care (EHC) process.
3. Ability to work on-site at least one day per week.
