Are you an experienced SEND Teacher looking for temporary, specialist SEND cover work in central Kent? Look no further! Pearson Whiffin Education may have the perfect SEND cover role for you.

We are working on behalf of a SEND school in Mid-Kent to find an SEND Teacher to start immediately on a temporary cover basis. The successful teacher will need to have experience working with SEND or SEMH students and be happy to cover a range of subjects including functional skills Maths and English.

The successful teacher will be a student-centred classroom practitioner focused on the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons. While you will be provided with plans, it will be your responsibility to interpret and deliver them to maximum effect and to adjust the lesson to accommodate the learners.

In order to apply for this job, the following criteria must be met:

• Working knowledge of best practice SEND teaching
• Good understanding of KS3 and KS4 curriculums
• A positive, engaging, and interactive teaching style
