SEND Complex Needs Teaching Assistant - Wem

Are you an outstanding Teaching Assistant with high amounts of experience with pupils who have complex needs?

I am currently recruiting for schools in Wem, who are looking to appoint experienced and passionate SEND Teaching Assistants. This role will start as soon as possible.

The schools are always eager to grow and are interested in innovative teachers who will brighten up the children's day and make them feel part of the class and adhere to their needs.

The ideal candidate for this role would be a talented and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant. You must also be passionate and willing to support students no matter what they need.

What you will need:

  1. Level 2/3 teaching assistant (or an equivalent for ratio purposes)
  2. Experience with children who have complex needs.
  3. Experience within a SEN School (preferably 6+ months.)
  4. Updated and clean DBS on the update service.
  5. The ability to inspire children.
  6. To work as part of a team.

The school is a small specialist provision working with students and young people aged 9 - 16 that have complex needs. The school aims to provide an environment that is both productive in terms of educating students as well as one that treats everyone with respect and dignity, enabling them to navigate the obstacles to their learning by catering to their specific needs.
