If you have experience working with children diagnosed with Autism (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH), Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), we will likely find a position for you within our SEND schools or even mainstream settings. We provide 24/7 support and will build a strong relationship with you to understand your needs and find the role that best suits you.

We assist schools throughout London in finding Short-Term and Part-Time staff to meet Daily, Short-Term, and Long-Term supply needs. This flexibility allows you to maintain a lifestyle that works for you while gaining valuable experience in the SEND Education Sector.

All individuals working in a school will need an enhanced DBS on the update service. If you do not have this, we can assist you by providing a direct link for application. If you have worked overseas for over 6 months within the last 5 years, you will need an Overseas Police Check (OSPC). Both of these are required due to safeguarding policies.

Qualifications needed depending on role:

Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant

• Level 2/3 qualification as a teaching assistant or equivalent
• Previous experience working 1:1 or with small groups
• Encouraging and supportive personality

SEND Teachers

• QTS or equivalent (NQT and experienced accepted)
• The ability to inspire young minds
• Excellent time and classroom management

SEND Nursery Teaching Assistant

• Level 2/3 in Early Years Education or Childcare
• Experience working within a nursery and/or with children with ASD
• A supportive and caring nature

SENCO

• Experience working within SEND schools
• A QTS or equivalent
• An SENCO certification
