• Providing tailored learning strategies to suit their individual needs

• Helping students prepare for exams with focused sessions
• Supporting learners in building strong educational foundations
• Creating a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Designing lesson plans for each of your sessions
• Monitoring attendance, sessions & lesson engagement through our digital platform
• Communicating with TP Tutors & Parents/Carers effectively
• Making Safeguarding a priority
• Flexibility to offer remote and in-person tuition

What we are looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent
• Experience with primary or secondary-aged children
• Enthusiasm, engagement, and resilience
• Understanding & Experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Experience in 1:1 tuition
• Skills at managing challenging behaviours
