SEN Teaching Assistant - Role Overview:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with SEN, including autism and ADHD.
• Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Implement individual learning plans to support academic and social development.
• Work closely with the SENCO and external specialists to support student progress.
• Encourage independence and confidence in students with additional needs.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
• A passion for working with children with special educational needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students.
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
