Join Our Dedicated Team in Merton! Exciting Opportunities for SEN Teaching Assistants and Behaviour Mentors


Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join two outstanding schools in Merton as:


  1. SEN Teaching Assistant
  2. SEMH Behaviour Mentor

Role 1: SEN Teaching Assistant

Do you have a passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning? Our SEN school is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Teaching Assistant to work closely with children with diverse needs. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support in the classroom, helping students engage with their lessons and develop key skills. You will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.


Role 2: SEMH Behaviour Mentor

If you have a strong understanding of supporting children with emotional and behavioural challenges, this could be the role for you! Our SEMH school is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health difficulties. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students to help them manage their behaviour, providing guidance and strategies to promote positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom.
