SEN TA

We are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a SEN provision, supporting students who require additional guidance to engage with learning. This is a full-time term-time only role, working Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:00, and is anticipated to last until the end of the academic year.
The Role
- Supporting students with SEN needs, helping them to engage with lessons and develop positive coping strategies.
- Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams to create a structured and supportive environment.
- Using de-escalation techniques and a positive approach to behaviour management.
- Building strong relationships with students to help them achieve their potential.
Requirements:- A Teaching Assistant qualification is essential for this role.
- A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting young people.
