CAMHS Professionals are actively recruiting for special need schools for pupils ranging from KS1-KS4. The main needs are Autism with most non-verbal.

About the position:
Working with Special Needs children would mean that you would be supporting the children more so with different aspects of learning. This could include behaviour issues, self-expression, sensory work, reading and writing, and life skills.
Applicant Requirements:
Passion to work with children with SEND/additional needs
Calm, reliable and resilient
Experience working with SEN, such as SEMH, ASD, behavioural management, trauma, ADHD, PTSD, speech and language difficulties, and sensory processing
MAPA or Team Teach training is desirable but not essential
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Ideally working in a school setting
Experience working in the UK is a must
