SEN Teacher - Full-Time Role in Liverpool


Are you committed to helping children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) reach their full potential? A welcoming school in Liverpool is looking for an experienced SEN Teacher to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with diverse needs.


About the Role:
  1. Tailored Learning: Design and deliver lessons adapted to meet the needs of students with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities.
  2. Individualised Support: Provide one-to-one and small group interventions to promote academic and personal development.
  3. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to ensure the best outcomes.
  4. Inclusive Environment: Foster a safe and nurturing classroom that encourages engagement and confidence.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN coordinators, and other professionals to deliver holistic support.

Requirements:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  2. Previous experience working with SEN students in UK schools.
  3. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  4. A patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach to teaching.
  5. A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning experience.
