Salary: £85 to £110 per day (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Long-term, Full-time

Are you looking for a rewarding role as an SEN Support Assistant in Enfield? GSL Education is seeking dedicated individuals to join a specialist SEN school, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN.
2. Assist in delivering structured and engaging learning activities.
3. Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
4. Help implement individual learning plans tailored to student needs.
5. Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to support learning.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in an SEN school or support setting is desirable.
2. A patient and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
3. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
4. Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
