2. Passion for Mental Health: Strong interest in supporting students with SEMH needs.
3. Understanding of SEN: Knowledge or experience in SEN settings, focusing on unique learning and behavioural needs.
4. Local Candidate: Ideally, you're within commuting distance of Sandy.

SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

1. Support students with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and communication challenges.
2. Collaborate with the clinical team to implement targeted interventions.
3. Assist in developing personalised learning strategies and support plans.
4. Provide pastoral care and emotional support to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
