We are currently looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a thriving Primary School we are working with in Waltham Forest, London. Within this role you'll be working closely with students that have SEN providing the tailored support they need to thrive academically.

Job Overview:

  1. Position: SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
  2. Location: Waltham Forest, London
  3. Start Date: ASAP
  4. Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
  5. Pay: £83.33 - £110 per day (depending on experience)
  6. Specialism: Supporting students with Special Educational Needs
  7. Transport Links: Easily accessible by public transport

This position within this inclusive and welcoming Primary School in Waltham Forest needs someone that is dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment for every student. You'll play a key role in supporting student success, assisting them to reach their full potential.

As a Graduate:

  1. This role offers excellent hands-on experience within special educational needs (SEN).
  2. Mentoring via experienced professionals within the workspace will be available.
  3. Valuable insights into working with children with diverse learning needs & supporting them with pursuing individual learning plans.
  4. Foundation for pursuit in career within teaching or SEN support.

As an Experienced LSA:

  1. This role provides opportunity for further development with professional progression prioritised.
  2. Ongoing training and development ensuring resources and support are up to date.
  3. Closely working with SLT & SENCO in regards to EHCPs and progress of students.
