Contract: Fulltime, Permanent Position
Start Date: April 2025 or sooner

An award-winning and highly reputable Special Educational Needs (SEN) school group is seeking a dedicated SEN English Teacher to join their permanent teaching staff. The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated English lessons to students with a range of special educational needs. They will work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to ensure each student receives the best possible support in their learning journey.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience teaching in UK classrooms (essential)
  2. Experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with Autism, ADHD, and Speech & Language needs
  3. A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred but not essential
  4. A strong understanding of differentiation and inclusive teaching strategies
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  6. A commitment to fostering a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
