SEN Class Teacher needed for a Specialist School

TLTP are looking for a qualified SEN Class Teacher to work full-time at a Complex Needs School.

The ideal candidate would have experience of working with pupils aged 2-19 who have singular or multiple difficulties.

The setting is a specialist school based in Ware, East Hertfordshire.

Targeted CPD will be identified through the performance appraisal process alongside mentoring from a member of the leadership team.

The school will support the successful candidate to meet the threshold standards and contribute to wider curriculum and staff development.

The provision are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and compassionate SEN Class Teacher to come on board and join their hard working team.

Required skills:

1. You will need to have QTS or QTLS.
2. Experience of working within a SEN environment.
3. You will be required to be committed to the development of both yourself and the pupils in your class.
4. You must be able to deliver outstanding teaching and learning alongside a multi-disciplinary classroom team.
5. You must understand and be committed to safeguarding children.
