Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct TCAD simulations to design and optimise process flows for TVS and ESD/Surge protection structures, ensuring they meet target electrical specifications.
2. Define process and layout split plans, collaborating with process integration engineers to execute the DOE plan.
3. Interface with foundries to implement process flow designs that align with product requirements.
4. Develop photomask layouts of device structures, generate GDS files, and manage tape-outs.
5. Collaborate with product engineering and marketing teams to ensure products are ready for production.
