Semi Senior Accountant

Job Description
TPF Recruitment, Kent's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is recruiting for a Semi Senior Accountant to join a rapidly expanding firm of chartered accountants based in Dover. Due to ongoing growth within the company, they're looking for an experienced accountancy practice Semi Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be required to complete end-to-end accounting tasks for a range of sole traders, limited companies, and partnerships across accounts, tax, bookkeeping, and VAT.

The Semi Senior Accountant will be dealing with a wide range of work, including:

1. Assist in the preparation of accounts (sole trader, partnership, and limited company accounts)
2. Assist in the preparation of corporate and income tax computations
3. Support with bookkeeping and VAT returns
4. Undertake ad hoc work as requested by management
5. Liaise with clients as necessary

Requirements

1. You may be studying AAT or looking to study the ACCA/ACA
2. You will have 1 - 3 years or more experience within practice, preparing accounts for a mixed client base of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
3. You will be looking for a challenging, long-term career move at Accounts Semi Senior/Senior level within a growing and expanding firm of chartered accountants, offering progression and career development.

1. £25,000-£35,000 dependent on experience and background
