Pearson Whiffin Education is seeking a passionate individual for a SEMH Teaching Assistant role in a SEMH School based in Maidstone.
This SEMH school provides a professional environment for 14-19-year-olds, focusing on personal, social, academic, and wellbeing development. The curriculum is regularly evaluated to ensure it meets students' needs.
The school prepares students for work or further education, fostering independence and personal growth. Many students are in care or assisted living, and the school's aim is to equip them for a successful transition into adulthood. Ideally, the candidate will have previous experience teaching in an SEN school or experience working with pupils with complex additional needs.
