Are you an energetic, focused sales professional with a knack for closing deals? We're looking for a Selling Controller to join our dynamic team at our Stoke Showroom, where high footfall is generated by our inbound/outbound telesales team and a robust online presence. With around 100 vehicles available at any one time, this is an ideal role for someone with a driven attitude and a passion for success.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Acting as the main point of contact for showroom visitors, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from arrival through to vehicle purchase
- Stepping in for the Sales Manager when necessary, maintaining smooth operations and leadership on the floor
- Listening carefully to customer's needs and matching them with the ideal vehicle features
- Organising test drives and showcasing our vehicles effectively
- Promoting and selling our range of value-added products
- Driving the sales team to exceed branch targets while also achieving your own monthly sales goals
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Face-to-face sales experience in a customer-centric environment
- A passion for sales, with a proven drive to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring all aspects of the sales journey are handled professionally
- FCA accreditation (or the willingness to undergo training)
- A full UK driving licence
- A presentable, professional demeanour that inspires confidence
