At MeAgain, we are addressing the single-use packaging issue by offering retail e-commerce B2B, manufacturing a circular packaging service supported by a pooling system that enhances their sustainability efforts while boosting their business.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the expansion of MeAgain in Australia.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to the Australian market.
  • Leverage our established lead generation strategy to generate new leads.
  • Manage and convert leads into active clients.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships, with a focus on retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Be a core member of the MeAgain team, aligning with the company’s vision and values.
  • Lead and collaborate with the MeAgain team at Australian trade fairs and sales events.

Who You Are:

  • A sales professional with 2-4 years of experience in driving B2B growth.
  • Ideally, you have worked in a scaling startup environment (tech or other sectors) and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Highly organised and methodical, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • A natural leader with high standards who helps the team achieve great results.
  • An ambitious go-getter who drives performance and inspires others.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Experience in growing companies or working with e-commerce businesses is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
