Job Description:

Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser required. Our client is a well-established mortgage brokerage, and due to the influx of enquiries, they are looking for experienced and competent mortgage advisers to join their growing team. The role is fully remote, so you can live and work anywhere in the UK!

Our client is a directly authorised, nationwide, whole-of-market mortgage and protection firm based in Yorkshire and has been trading for just over a decade.

The successful candidate will be provided with unlimited leads, free of charge - yes, you read that right! You will be able to advise over the phone/video call or face-to-face meetings can be arranged if you prefer.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert mortgage advice and guidance to all customers
• Conduct comprehensive consultations with customers to understand their situation and overall goals
• Stay updated on mortgage market trends, interest rates and lending policies
• Educate your customers on mortgage-related terminology, processes and potential risks to help them make an informed decision
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, encouraging repeat business and referrals
• Assess clients' financial status, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities, to determine their borrowing capacity and eligibility for various mortgage products

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner
• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• At least 18 months whole-of-market experience
• To have achieved CAS from a previous role
• You must be able to pass the fit and proper assessment
• You must have no panel exclusions
• Ability to work remotely
• A true desire to grow your own business with unlimited potential
• Realistic earnings of £50,000-£100,000+
• Unlimited leads provided - as many as you can handle
• Fantastic training and ongoing support
• Competitive commission splits on all fees/proc fees/solicitor referral fees etc
