Job Title: Self Employed Delivery Driver

Location: Widnes + Surrounding

Pay rate: Between £4-£6/stop, up to 50 stops per day, up to £1,400 per week

Shift: Monday to Friday (Saturdays are optional)

Type: Temp to Perm

Start Date: Immediately

Regional Recruitment has the pleasure to work alongside a successful distributor in the Thetford area. The ideal candidate will be carrying out the following duties & responsibilities:

1. Carry out vehicle inspections to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy.
2. Maintain the vehicle clean & safe.
3. Be responsible for delivering the correct item to the right address.
4. Maintain a driving log & complete daily paperwork to ensure that each delivery is carried out correctly.
5. Ensure you follow local driving laws & road regulations.
6. You will be required to deliver to a minimum of 45 parcels.

Please be aware that:

1. The candidate MUST OWN/RENT H3H3/H3H2 LWB VAN.
2. Public Liability.
3. Goods in Transit.
4. Motor Certificate Insurance For Hire and Reward.
5. Must hold a full UK driver's license.
