As a Sales Representative, you will be brought in to grow sales and support product development within your designated region of operations in line with set objectives and budgets to help secure a profitable vegetable seeds business. You will be working to meet targets and budgets agreed with the Commercial Manager, but be largely self-supervisory.
A key element to this role is to achieve individual sales targets as agreed for each financial year and strive to continuously improve selling skills and service excellence. You will be operating a planned programme of activity in both face-to-face contact with prospects, influencers, and customers, alongside product and company promotion. You will need to develop knowledge of the product range across all the brands.
