Security Team Leader

JOB TITLE: Security Team Leader

LOCATION: Oxford North

HOURS: 45 hours per week

SHIFT PATTERN: 9 hour shifts

PAY RATE: £15.00 per hour

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

ABM is looking to appoint an experienced security supervisor to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment and lead the security team. The focus of this role will be to deliver excellence through establishing and enforcing robust security policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ability to work as part of a team and independently
2. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
3. Team leading experience with the overseeing the day to day running of the security team within a similar environment.
4. To ensure that all security personnel understand the scope of their individual roles with particular emphasis on delivering a professional customer service
5. Excellent time management
6. Flexible
7. Smart, well-groomed, and confident
8. High level of attention to detail
9. Conflict Management aware
10. High level of customer care awareness
11. Telephone skills
12. Familiar with patrolling and monitoring from a loss prevention aspect
13. Confident in complying with Health & Safety and fire prevention procedures
14. SIA Door Supervisor licence
15. SIA CCTV licence

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Door Supervisor License
2. CCTV License
