About The Role:

The company is currently looking for a well-motivated and organized individual to provide remote support, diagnostics, and configuration to security systems in the UK and Europe. The individual should ideally have a good operational knowledge of Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems combined with a proficient knowledge of IT systems.

The role will be based in their Kent office, providing support to both end-user customers and field engineers. This role will be predominantly office-based but may also include site visits as and when required. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for their next career step within a rapidly expanding company that focuses on providing outstanding customer service.
