This role’s goal is to provide a reliable, resilient, secure, and optimised Electronic Security System’s for our internal customers 24/7. Building relationships with our colleagues in Operations is essential, as well as delivering and exceeding their expectations, as this is at the heart of what we do.
What you’ll be doing as a Security Systems Coordinator
- Purchase Order management and processing of invoice-to-payment ensuring timely fulfilment and accurate record keeping
- Administration of corporate finance systems for management of Purchase Orders including invoice-to-payment, ensuring timely fulfilment and accurate record keeping
- Recording of ESS financial spend to ensure budgets are managed effectively
- Timely response to data/information requests for regulatory audits. Tracking of audit actions and close out in a timely response.
- Ensures maintenance activities undertaken by supply contracts are updated within TW corporate systems to ensure accurate record keeping
- Maintain relationships with ESS maintenance service providers and ensure compliance with maintenance agreements and escalate issues as needed
- Attend regular performance meetings to review service levels and financial tracking and address concerns.
Base location – Hybrid – Kemble Court Reading RG26AD (offer flexible working)Working pattern – 36 hours Monday to FridayNecessary requirements for the role – MUST be able to obtain CTC ClearanceWhat you should bring to the roleEssential- Full UK driving licence
- Educated to A level or equivalent in a relevant technical area
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of managing stakeholders
- Proven problem solver with the ability to make balanced decision considering technical, operational risk and customer needs
- Proficient in the use of IT systems for report writing and collating of information and data into reports
- Good knowledge of ESS systems (CCTV, access control, intruder detection)
Desirable- Previous experience of working in an ESS service delivery sector
- Knowledge of the water industry, utilities sector or similar
- Awareness/basic knowledge of: Asset recording systems eg: SAP
