As a Security Supervisor with ISS, you will be at the forefront of creating a safe environment, protecting your colleagues and our customer's property, people, and assets by providing exemplary security operations.

The Role

• Carry out Front of House (Reception) duties in the morning and evening (upon request).
• Daily internal and external patrols (4 – 6 in total a day).
• Ensure that the team always follows Health & Safety and the security policies and procedures.
• Monitor CCTV cameras for full coverage of client premises and the safety of stakeholders.
• Provide training that team members need to perform their duties.
• Communicate clear instructions to team members regarding duties and daily operations.
• Encourage high standards of service based on team feedback.
• Monitor team members' participation to ensure training is effectively applied.
• Manage workflow and standards during day-to-day operations.
• Create reports to update the company regarding team and operations progress.
• Communicate with Operations Manager and Facilities management on site issues or incidents.
• Support team members with any issues to enable professional resolutions.

About You

• Previous security experience.
• A valid front-line security guarding, door supervision or close protection SIA license.
• Knowledge and experience with security systems and related technology.
• Great attention to detail and a consistent approach.
• A team player with good customer service skills.
