What we're looking for:

1. 3+ years in IT security, with 2+ years in a similar role
2. Strong expertise in security technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM)
3. Experience with vendors like CrowdStrike, Sophos, Fortinet, etc.
4. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) preferred
5. A proven problem-solver with excellent communication skills
