Salary: £36,000 - £46,000 basic DOE, with potential earnings up to £55,000 + company vehicle

About the Role

Are you an experienced Security Service Engineer looking for a new challenge? Join a rapidly growing company with a strong reputation in the security industry. We are seeking a dedicated professional to service and perform reactive work on a variety of Intruder Alarms and other security systems for customers in the North London / Hertfordshire area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service and fault finding on Intruder Alarms
2. Work with both Conventional & Wireless Intruder Alarm Systems
3. Handle Access Control and Door Entry Systems
4. Knowledge of Fire Alarms is advantageous
5. Work with IP & Analogue CCTV systems and basic networking
6. Dual Com monitoring and other communication devices
7. Familiarity with major brands of Panels & App-based systems
8. Maintenance of Emergency Lighting
9. Adherence to NSI codes of practice and current industry standards

About You:

1. Proven experience with Intruder Alarms
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and good at time management
4. Full UK manual driving license
5. Reside in the North London / Hertfordshire area

Working Hours:

1. Standard hours: 8.30am-5.00pm, Monday – Friday
2. On-call rotation: 1 in 9 weeks (additional payment for on-call hours)
3. The role involves working with ladders at height and can be physically demanding
4. Flexibility to travel to various sites across the area
