We are seeking confident, approachable, and licensed Door Supervisors to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our venues and events.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage entry and exit points, ensuring only authorised personnel and guests are admitted.
  2. Conduct ID checks to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
  3. Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment, identifying and responding to potential risks or incidents.
  4. Handle conflicts or disturbances professionally, using de-escalation techniques to resolve issues effectively.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons and addressing any queries or concerns.
  6. Liaise with venue management and emergency services when required.
  7. Conduct regular patrols and security checks within the venue.
Requirements

  1. SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
  2. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; training can be provided.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  4. Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role.
  5. A professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
  6. Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
