Job Description

Turner & Townsend is currently recruiting for Security Cleared (or able to become Security Cleared) Senior Project Managers to join our Real Estate team.

With a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on immediate commissions, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner & Townsend.

This role is client facing, working within a professional and ambitious team, where you will receive excellent support. We have brought our brightest minds together to respond to our client's Project and Programme management objectives.

Senior Project Manager range of tasks, to include:

  1. Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking
  2. Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
  3. Producing project plans
  4. Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
  5. Tracking and documenting changes
  6. Preparing written project communication materials
  7. Preparing formal project progress and other reports
  8. Liaising with the client, contractors and designers
  9. Attending meetings and drafting minutes, etc

Other responsibilities, to include:

  1. Preparing presentation materials for client pitches, etc
  2. Inputting key information into the Turner & Townsend internal database

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience
  2. Cognate qualification (construction, real estate, planning, engineering)
  3. Full time (with flexible working opportunities and home working)
  4. Ability to travel London/Home Counties/South East
  5. Strong communication skills (verbal, presentation, written)
  6. Self-motivator
  7. Ability to solve problems and think strategically
  8. Experience of working with multiple stakeholders including clients, influential parties, contractors and end-users
  9. CDM/site health and safety knowledge
  10. Able to become Security Cleared
