Security and Maintenance Lead

Intercity Technology is looking for a keen-eyed and proactive Security and Maintenance Officer to join our team. This hybrid role involves a mix of maintenance tasks and site security responsibilities. We offer a morning shift (6:30am – 3:00pm), perfect for those who enjoy an early finish during the Spring and Summer months.

Key Responsibilities as our Security and Maintenance Officer:

1. Site Security: Maintain a proactive approach to site security, ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
2. Maintenance Tasks: Perform regular maintenance tasks and checks to ensure the smooth operation of the site.
3. Opening the Site: Responsible for opening the site daily and occasionally working additional hours to meet business needs and cover absences.

Requirements:

1. Relevant certifications in security and maintenance are desirable.
2. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a security and maintenance environment.
3. Proven ability to perform maintenance tasks and checks efficiently.
4. Strong understanding of site security protocols and best practices.
