Location: Secondary Schools across Swindon
Contract: Full-Time and Part-Time Roles Available, Permanent and Temporary Options
Salary: QTS paid to scale (M Scale)

We are currently partnering with all secondary schools across Swindon to complete their teaching teams for the remainder of the 2024/25 academic year and to prepare for a strong start in September 2025. About the Role:
We are seeking Qualified Teachers to join dynamic secondary schools in Swindon, delivering high-quality education to students aged 11-16 across all curriculum subjects. QTS/ECT is preferred, but we would also welcome applicants who are overseas trained teachers or subject specialists. Full-time and part-time positions are available to suit your availability and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in your subject area to inspire student success. (If unqualified, planning done for you)
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.
  • Uphold school policies and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status – Preferred
  • Subject specialists across all secondary curriculum areas (e.g., Maths, English, Science, Humanities, PE, Languages, etc.).
  • Overseas Qualified Teachers with recognised teaching qualifications OR subject specialists are warmly encouraged to apply.
  • Enthusiasm for teaching, adaptability, and a commitment to student achievement.
