Job description

We have a number of schools in London and the Home Counties looking to appoint Newly Qualified Teachers for secondary teaching roles commencing this coming September 2025.

Are you looking to join a school with a strong, established Senior Leadership team in place with an abundance of support and guidance for ECTs?

We are interested in hearing from teachers who will qualify in the following subjects: English, Science, Maths, Computer Science, Geography, History, RE, MFL, DT, Art & Design, Drama, Music and PE.

Candidates:

  • Newly Qualified Teachers.
  • Be committed to ensuring that every child may flourish and reach their full potential by promoting a learning environment.
  • Must have a strong background in literacy and numeracy and knowledge of the UK curriculum.
  • Experience of the UK curriculum.
  • Must be creative, passionate and positive.

The role:

  • Permanent positions for ECTs across all the secondary subjects.
  • Salary: Inner/outer London (2025 pay spine).
  • Ideal for promising ECTs.
  • These schools have specifically requested ECTs as they have programmes and support systems in place.
  • A dedicated full-time class teacher who can commit to the full academic year 2025/2026.

The schools:

  • A selection of Inner/Outer London.
  • All requesting ECTs have supportive induction programmes for ECTs.
