The ideal Secondary Teacher will:

• Be confident in delivering General Cover across KS3/KS4.
• Be adaptable and flexible, ready to work across different schools.
• Build strong relationships with schools to become a favoured and reliable supply teacher on their roster.
• Be reliable, organised, and passionate about education.

Secondary Teacher requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised in the UK.
• Ability to travel to schools in Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, and nearby areas.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• A proactive approach to supporting students’ learning in various subjects.
