We are currently working with a new school in the Slough area, recruiting new teachers across different specialisms and at different levels. Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that meet the National Curriculum.
2. Plan and assess work to ensure all students are making progress.
3. Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation.
4. Support students' academic and personal development.
5. Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure student success.
6. Uphold high standards of classroom management and student behaviour.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience teaching in a secondary school setting (KS3/KS4, or KS5 where applicable).
3. Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for your specialist area.
4. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
5. A commitment to professional development and school improvement initiatives.
