Job Vacancy: Full-Time KS3 Teacher (SEMH Specialist School)
Location: Christchurch
Start Date: Easter 2025
Contract: Temporary (until the end of the academic year)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students? Our partnership SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) Specialist School in Christchurch is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Teach students across Key Stage 3 (Ages 11-14)
  2. Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEMH
  3. Create a positive, nurturing environment where students can thrive academically and personally
  4. Collaborate with a supportive team of staff to provide a holistic approach to learning
  5. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential

About You:

  1. Qualified teacher status (QTS)
  2. Experience teaching Key Stage 3
  3. Passionate about supporting students with SEMH and a strong commitment to inclusive education
  4. Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
  5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
