Job description

Job Title: Secondary Supply Teacher - Braintree

Location: Braintree, Essex

Excellent Secondary Schools in Braintree are working closely with us at Vision for Education, where we recommend Supply Teachers to help with staffing gaps at the school.

Salary: £130 - £200 Per day

Job Duties:
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to secondary school students in various subject areas
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
  • Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver effective lessons
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in Education or relevant subject area
Education:

UK QTS or QTLS

Experience:

Prior experience teaching or training within a Secondary School setting is essential

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics
  • Good organisational and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
