Secondary - Maths Teacher

• Hourly Rate: Up to £35
• Location: Bracknell
• Job Type: Part-time (9am-12:30pm, 3 days a week)

We are looking for a dedicated Maths Tutor to support students who are school refusers or those who are struggling academically. This role is ideal for a compassionate educator with a strong background in mathematics, eager to make a significant difference in students' educational experiences.

• Design and implement engaging maths lessons tailored to the needs of each student.
• Assess individual learning needs and adapt teaching strategies to enhance student understanding and success.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to encourage student engagement and confidence.
• Collaborate with educational staff to develop integrated strategies that support student learning and well-being.
• Monitor and report on student progress, adapting approaches as needed to help each student achieve their potential.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience in teaching or tutoring Maths, particularly to students who find traditional learning environments challenging.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex mathematical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
